Trickstuff brake discs aren't just visually stunning – they're also made from exceptionally high-quality, vacuum-hardened stainless steel, which boasts up to 25% higher tensile strength than conventional discs. The major advantage – extended lifespan and consistent performance under heat. The disc thickness (1.85 – 2.05 mm) ensures optimal heat dissipation and fade resistance. Depending on the size and design of the brake disc, the thickness and weight are perfectly matched to the specific requirements. The sophisticated hole patterns in the friction ring also guarantee even pad cleaning to prevent glazing of the brake pads. But that's not all. The minimal Disc Thickness Variation (DTV) ensures that the disc runs smoothly and exhibits significantly less judder. Our brake discs are also equipped with a protective cap. The name isn't just a nostalgic nod to locals – its shape, reminiscent of a roof, makes wheel installation easier. Trickstuff brake discs are compatible with all common disc brakes.
Downhill Disc
Things are heating up – that might be true for the next stage, but certainly not for the DH Disc. With it, the next trail is neither too long nor too steep. Its 223 mm rotor diameter increases braking power by a further 10% compared to the 203 mm version. Forearm cramps are a thing of the past, and long-lasting precision is guaranteed. You can keep the levers open until the very last moment and brake hard. With the Downhill Disc, you'll shave off every last hundredth of a second. Combined with a rotor thickness of 2.05 mm and a friction ring width of 15 mm, the disc also promises maximum fade resistance – get your new personal best.

Daechle Disc HD
With our Dächle Disc HD, your thighs will be burning before the disc even starts to sweat. Designed for heavy-duty use, it's ready to help you conquer vertical meters. Thanks to the sophisticated hole pattern in the comparatively robust 15.5 mm friction ring and its 2.05 mm thickness, the disc boasts enormous heat capacity and fade resistance due to its mass. The vacuum-hardened stainless steel optimally absorbs the heat generated during braking and dissipates it into the surrounding air. The hole pattern also ensures even pad cleaning and prevents glazing of the brake pads. We bet you'll turn blue* in front of the disc on long descents. *Lack of oxygen in the blood.
