  • Kosten & Abrechnung

    Bei der Annahme inspizieren wir dein Bike gemeinsam vor Ort. Wir besprechen den Verschleiß und die nötigen Reparaturen. Du gibst den Auftrag erst danach frei oder nimmst dein Rad wieder mit, falls dir der Aufwand zu hoch ist. 

    Unser Stundensatz beträgt 100€. Sollte sich während der Reparatur herausstellen, dass weitere Teile benötigt werden oder der Aufwand steigt stoppen wir und holen vorab deine Freigabe per Telefon oder E-Mail ein. 

    Wir übernehmen die direkte Abrechnung mit deinem Leasinganbieter (z. B. JobRad) oder deiner Versicherung. Du musst bei gedeckten Schäden oder Budgets nicht in Vorleistung gehen.

  • Bearbeitungszeiten

    Dein online gebuchter Slot ist der reine Abgabetermin. Die tatsächliche Bearbeitungszeit variiert je nach Service-Umfang und Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit zwischen 24 Stunden und einer Woche. 

    Den exakten Zeitplan und die voraussichtliche Fertigstellung besprechen wir gemeinsam bei der Werkstatt-Annahme. Du wirst per SMS oder E-Mail benachrichtigt sobald dein Bike abholbereit ist.

  • Garantieabwicklung & Servicepartner

    Wir sind offizieller Servicepartner für unsere Kernmarken Santa Cruz, Amflow, Cannondale und Forbidden. Wir wickeln Garantiefälle und Reklamationen für dich ab - auch wenn du dein Bike nicht bei uns gekauft hast. 

    Wichtig: Buche hierfür bitte keinen regulären Werkstatt Termin, sondern melde Garantiefälle zwingend über unser Reklamations-Formular an. Bitte beachte, dass wir uns vorbehalten, bei nicht bei uns gekauften Produkten eine Aufwandsentschädigung von 90€ für die Garantieabwicklung zu berechnen.

Do I need an appointment to bring in my bicycle?

For the initial assessment, you can simply drop by (preferred), call, or send an email. For the necessary workshop services, we'll need to schedule an appointment so the mechanic can work on your bike undisturbed and any necessary spare parts can be ordered in time. We always coordinate everything to minimize your downtime – often just 24 hours!

How long will it take you to repair my bike?

We usually work quite quickly! Repairs are always scheduled for a specific day, and your bike is typically ready for pickup the next day. For example, if you've booked a workshop appointment for Tuesday, bring your bike by 11:00 AM at the latest, or even the day before. You can then pick it up again on Wednesday morning, after just 24 hours! Of course, if we need to order parts for the repair, it might take a little longer. If you're dropping your bike off at our workshop in Todtnau, please note that more extensive repairs are carried out in Freiburg, and we'll need to allow extra days for transporting your bike.

Do you also repair bikes that were purchased from another dealer or from an online direct retailer?

Yes! We repair all makes and models and want to serve all customers, regardless of where the bicycle was purchased. However, we make one exception: We do not work on bicycles of very low quality (e.g., "DIY store bikes"), as we would not be able to offer a warranty on our work in such cases.

Do you also handle warranty claims for bikes that were not purchased from you?

Yes! We will gladly process your warranty claim, provided we carry the relevant manufacturer. These include: Santa Cruz Bicycles, Trek, Focus Bikes, Shimano, Bosch, Brose, Fox, Rock Shox, SRAM, and many more. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a processing fee for warranty claims on products not purchased from us.
