Ergon GD1 Evo
Following intensive collaboration with world-class downhill professionals such as Tahnée Seagrave, Vali Höll, and Rémy Métailler, the GD1 was rigorously tested and optimized as the new GD1 Evo. The GD1 Evo and the GD1 Evo Factory impress with their tapered grip shape – providing more cushioning in the outer area while maintaining a slim inner diameter.
The surface profile with its new, super-soft thumb zone ensures maximum grip while reducing gripping forces. The slim, redesigned inner stop further improves hand positioning and guarantees full access to the shift levers. Thanks to the high-strength aluminum inner clamp, the grip remains twist-proof, even on carbon handlebars.
A special feature of the GD1 Evo Factory is its unique, German-made Factory Custom Rubber compound. This provides unprecedented grip and rebound properties. The feel is soft, yet very defined and precise. Recommended for glove sizes Large/X-Large (8.5 - 10.5) or for those who prefer grips with enhanced cushioning.
